Rewalto is built by **Varun Mahajan**, who has been shipping software since 2003: network engineer, then solutions architect, then cloud architect, then founder, across India, the UK and the US. The products were operational ones: a fleet-intelligence platform, a home-loan platform, and a skills business taken from nothing to $1.5M in annual revenue in ten months, with 75,000 learners. All of them measured something large and moving, and reported it to somebody other than the people doing the work. Brand performance in India is still reported by the people doing the work. Rewalto exists to close that gap, which is why every number it publishes links to a saved page you can open. ## Things we will never do These are permanent. Each one is something someone has asked us for. ### We don't do agency work AI drafts the work; people scope it, check it, correct it and approve it. We will never have a team doing client work by hand. ### We don't change your site ourselves Every change is a suggestion your team approves through its own process. The product has no way to publish a change on its own. ### We don't do in-store audits No store visits, shelf photos, field-force apps or logistics. We built that once and dropped it for good. ### We don't buy ads or change your prices No ad management, no repricing, and no secret shopping of competitors. We only test a client's own channels, with their permission. ### We don't fake traffic No bulk accounts, no device farms, no fake identities and no faked locations. We measure, suggest changes, and show you what moved. ## How we are set up Rewalto is run by one person, working from Gurugram and London, with no delivery team, by design. One set of questions per category serves every brand in it, so the work does not grow with each new client. India comes first.
