# AI visibility: how assistants name your brand.

Shoppers now ask AI assistants what to buy, and the answers name some brands and skip others. ## Questions before you start

What is AI visibility?

Whether AI assistants name your brand when a shopper asks what to buy, and what they say about it when they do.

Why does a single AI answer prove little?

Assistants can answer the same question differently from one day or one person to the next, so one answer is a sample, not a measurement. Ask the same questions several times before you draw a conclusion.

Does Rewalto monitor AI answers for my brand?

No. Rewalto does not sell an AI answer monitoring service. These pieces explain how to check assistants yourself and how to read what you find.
