# Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancelling a Rewalto subscription works, what is refundable and what is not, and how a refund is requested.

This policy reflects commercial terms decided by the founder. It has not been reviewed by outside counsel.

Every commercial term below, cancellation, refundability, the trial and how to reach us, is stated plainly, with nothing left implied by an absence of a section. One route this page used to promise is not built yet; §1 says so explicitly rather than silently.

## The policy

## 01Subscription Cancellation

Rewalto subscriptions are **self-serve, billed month-to-month**, sold by **Avuvo AI Pvt Ltd**, in INR through **Razorpay** (or **Cashfree Payments** for a payment already started there). Prices exclude GST. Applicable GST is added and shown before you pay.

**You can cancel at any time.** Cancelling deactivates the payment mandate that authorises recurring billing, so no further charge is attempted. Your access continues to the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, then stops, there are **no retroactive or partial cancellations**: a cycle already in progress is not shortened, backdated or reversed by cancelling partway through it.

[PLANNED, NOT YET LIVE] Cancelling directly from inside your Rewalto account dashboard is planned and does not exist in the product yet, email is the only cancellation route today, and this page will be updated the day the in-account option ships.

## 02Refund Policy

**No refunds on an active billing cycle.** Cancelling stops the NEXT charge; the cycle you have already paid for runs to its end with access intact, and nothing already charged for it is returned. The same rule applies to any **add-on** (for example extra tracked retailers or SKUs): once activated, it begins collecting or unlocking data immediately and is **non-refundable from that point**.

This policy does not provide a separate cooling-off period. The only three circumstances in which an amount already charged is refunded are named below, there is no third, general window in which an otherwise-ordinary cancellation becomes refundable.

**Three named exceptions**, each refunded in full for the affected billing cycle:

- **Failed payment.** If a payment fails, or money is deducted but your plan is not activated, the amount is refunded in full, automatically.
- **Double charging.** If a technical glitch bills you twice for the same billing cycle, the duplicate charge is refunded.
- **Systemic failure.** If an internal failure on our side prevents you from accessing the platform or your data for more than **48 consecutive hours**, and we are unable to resolve it, the affected billing cycle is refunded.

Where a refund is due, it is credited **only to the original payment source** used for the charge, Rewalto does not issue a refund to a different card, bank account or UPI ID. Once a refund request is approved, it is processed within **5 to 7 working days** to reach the original payment source.

## 03Trial Periods

If your plan includes a trial, **you are not charged until the trial expires**. Cancel any time before the trial’s exact end date to avoid being billed, cancelling on or after that date does not undo a charge already made, per §2 above.
