What each reading records
Where we checked
A pin code, not a region. A price that differs by dark store is a different fact in each one, and a national average hides the one a shopper actually pays.
When we checked
Prices change within a day. Every reading has a time on it, so you can date a change instead of noticing it later.
The page it came from
We save the page and check it again whenever the number is shown. If the two no longer match, we don't show the number.
What it can’t tell you
Why a price moved. A reading shows what the page said. Why it changed is someone else’s decision, and no saved page can prove it.
