The terms
01What this site is
Rewalto provides datasets, reports and data access through its website, dashboards and API. These terms apply to using those services and to self-serve purchases.
Rewalto is a product of Avuvo AI Pvt Ltd. Read these terms and the data-use terms before starting new work or buying. Using the site means accepting these terms; if you do not, the remedy is not to use it.
02What governs a paid engagement instead
For a negotiated engagement, a retainer, a scoped project, an agency contract, not this page. Scope, price, deliverables, service levels, confidentiality, data processing and intellectual property are set by the signed engagement between us. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins, and this sentence exists so nobody has to argue about which document is the one that matters.
For a self-serve purchase, including datasets, reports, credits and subscriptions, these terms apply, together with the price and coverage you approve at checkout, see §3.
03Self-serve purchases
Where this site offers data, reports, credits or subscriptions without a signed engagement, it is billed in INR, through Razorpay (or, for a payment already started there, Cashfree Payments). Rewalto does not store your card or bank details; the payment provider does, under its own terms, which apply to the payment itself alongside this page.
Prices exclude GST. Applicable GST is added and shown before you pay. The total you approve at checkout, with GST shown separately, is what you pay.
Monthly payments are your choice. Where monthly payments are offered and you choose them, you authorise a fixed number of monthly payments with Razorpay. You can stop future payments at any time; months already paid keep their credits. A change in price or tax needs your new authorisation.
Tiers exist; prices are not repeated on this page. What a tier includes and what it costs is set by the price book shown to you at checkout, not by a number typed into these terms, a price written here would go stale the moment it changed, and the price you actually agreed to is the one you saw and accepted at the time you subscribed, not whatever this page says today.
Data-use acceptance is separate from marketing. Review the data and report use terms shown before starting new work and when buying. An acceptance record applies to the version shown at that time; an account acceptance does not automatically accept a later purchase. We do not treat earlier sign-ins or purchases as proof of acceptance.
Two separate boxes at sign-in, both starting un-ticked. Accepting these terms and the privacy notice is required, you cannot sign in without it. A second box, for product updates and the newsletter, is optional and does not affect whether you can sign in either way. See /privacy §8 for the full mechanics.

04Demos and data samples
A labelled mock demonstration is illustrative and does not describe your own account. For data samples and purchased reports, use the coverage, dates and sources stated with the data. A sample may cover less than the complete paid dataset.
05Figures published here
Coverage counts, platform lists and similar figures on this site are measured from the running system and change without notice. They describe what the product does today; they are not a warranty of what it will measure for you, and they are not a guarantee of any result.
06Public content and purchased data
Data and reports are for internal use by the purchasing organisation. Do not share, publish, sublicense or resell them outside that organisation without Rewalto’s written permission or a separate signed agreement.
Online access is checked against your workspace. A download is an offline copy: it remains subject to these use restrictions, but it cannot be remotely revoked or made account-bound after it has been downloaded.
You may read, quote with attribution, and link to public website content. This permission does not cover purchased data or reports. The brand assets on /brand may be used to refer to Rewalto; they may not be altered, and they may not be used to suggest a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
Other companies’ trademarks appear on this site to name the platforms Rewalto measures. That is nominative use: those marks belong to their owners, their appearance here is not an endorsement in either direction, and the row carrying them says so.
07What you may not do
Do not attempt to gain access to any part of the site or product you have not been granted, do not probe or scan the infrastructure without written permission, do not scrape at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, and do not submit somebody else’s personal data through the enquiry form.
Security research is welcome through the route on /security. Reporting something you found in good faith through that route is not a breach of this section.
08Availability
This is a website belonging to a one-operator company. It is offered as it stands, it may be unavailable, and nothing here is an uptime commitment. Service levels, where they exist, live in an engagement.
09Liability
[LIABILITY, COUNSEL] This section has not been drafted or reviewed by counsel.
10Privacy
What we collect and how long we keep it is in the privacy notice. It is the owner of that subject and this page does not restate it.
11Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Gurugram, Haryana. They are dated at the top and every previous version is in the repository’s history, so a change is visible rather than announced.
