Vibe, Food, & Entertainment (The In-Office Perks)
Our workspace is designed for real human interaction, good food, and solid breaks.
The Breakroom Arena (1-Hour Limit)
Take a mental break to completely reset your brain. The breakroom is fully stocked with a PS5, Nintendo Switch, and classic board games like Chess and Catan.
The Rule: To keep it fair, gameplay is limited to 1 hour per session so everyone gets a chance to defend their title.
The "Anti-Solo" Potluck
No one eats alone at Rewalto. We skip isolated desk lunches for collaborative team meals.
How it works: We host regular communal potlucks. Your only mandatory contribution? You contribute by eating.
Pet-Friendly Workspace (No Limits)
Well-behaved furry co-workers are always welcome. Unlike the gaming setup, there is absolutely no time limit for pets, they have full-day access to office cuddles and morale management.
The Collaborative Spotify Booth
Anyone can contribute to our live, collaborative office music playlist. Just keep the heavy bass to a reasonable volume before your morning coffee.
Time & Focus Perks (Zero Cost, Maximum Value)
We respect your time, your energy, and your need to occasionally step away from the screen.
Meeting-Free Wednesdays
Every Wednesday is dedicated to deep, uninterrupted focus. No internal status updates, no video calls, just you and your projects.
The "Guilt-Free Ghosting" Hour
Need to put your head down? Block out one hour a day as "In a Cave" on Slack/Teams. You are completely unreachable, no explanation required.
Floating Birthday Off
Your birthday is a personal holiday. Take the day off on us without dipping into your standard PTO balance.
"Dress for Your Day"
If you aren't meeting clients, wear what makes you comfortable. Hoodies, sneakers, and casual wear are the standard here.
Culture & Quirks
Because work shouldn't take itself too seriously.
Company "Micro-Titles"
Choose a ridiculous secondary title for our internal team directory (e.g., Frontend Developer & Chief Snack Inspector).
The OOO Creative Writing Contest
Going on vacation? The employee who writes the most hilarious or creative Out-of-Office auto-responder email each quarter wins a small prize.
The "Not Quite Yet" Wishlist
We asked finance about these. They laughed. But we are leaving them here to show you what we are aspiring to one day:
Status: Denied
Full-Time Office Butler
We wanted someone to hand-deliver espresso on a silver platter, but it turns out good butlers cost more than our production servers.
Status: Paused
Nap Pods Filled with Puppies
Logistically a nightmare, legally questionable, but emotionally 10/10.
Status: In our dreams
A Corporate Helicopter for Commutes
Until we hit absolute unicorn status, you will have to stick to the subway, your bike, or your own two feet.

You sell Rewalto to the people who run e-commerce and marketing at mid-market D2C and consumer brands in India. You take a conversation from the first call to a scoped, signed piece of work, and you stay with the account when it is time to expand.
What you will own
- A pipeline of mid-market D2C and brand e-commerce accounts, built from inbound interest and your own outreach.
- Discovery calls with e-commerce, marketing and category heads, and the written scope that follows them, agreed with the team who will do the work.
- A quota on new logos and on expansion of accounts you have already won.
- A forecast you can defend: what is in each account, what is not, and why.
- What you hear from buyers, passed back in a form the product and research teams can use.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
- You can run a discovery call and explain, in plain words, what a Rewalto reading shows and what it does not.
- You are working your own pipeline, with calls booked and accounts moving through the stages we agree with you.
- Your first scoped proposals are with buyers, each written with the team who would deliver it.
- Every account you own has a short written plan: who decides, what they asked for, and the next step.
Who you are
- A record of selling B2B software, data or research services to brand, D2C or e-commerce teams in India.
- You know how brands sell on marketplaces and quick-commerce apps, and can talk about them with a category head without notes.
- You explain a technical product to a non-technical buyer, and you say so when the product cannot do something.
- You keep your pipeline and your notes in order without being asked.
Location and travel
Gurugram, or remote within India. Expect to travel to client meetings in Indian cities as your accounts need it.
Agency teams need reliable data for client research. You build those relationships, understand their questions and help them evaluate the available data and its usage conditions. This is a relationship and coaching role, not an outbound-only one.
What you will own
- Finding and recruiting the agencies worth partnering with: digital, marketplace and growth agencies that serve consumer brands.
- Helping agency teams understand dataset coverage, sources and permitted use before they include records in client work.
- The agency relationship: joint calls, unanswered questions and feedback on what the available data supports.
- The partner materials your agencies actually use, written with the team, and kept honest about what the product does.
- What partners tell you about clients and competitors, brought back to the team.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
- You have met the agencies we already talk to and can describe each one's clients, strengths and next step.
- You have a written agency approach: who we work with, what data they need and how we explain scope and permitted use.
- At least one agency is reviewing available data with you for a real client question.
- You are running partner calls on a regular rhythm, with notes the team can read.
Who you are
- Experience in agency partnerships, channel or reseller management, or agency-side account leadership.
- You understand how agencies plan client work and how data coverage and usage conditions affect a deliverable.
- You coach well. You can sit in on a partner's client call and help them do it better.
- You are comfortable with the limits of the product and never sell a partner a promise it cannot keep.
Location and travel
Gurugram, or remote within India. Expect to meet partner agencies in person in Indian cities from time to time.
You are the first conversation a brand or agency has with Rewalto. You work inbound interest and outbound outreach, understand their data questions and book qualified meetings for the Account Executives.
What you will own
- Inbound qualification: replying to people who ask for a sample or a call, and finding out whether Rewalto fits them.
- Outbound outreach to brands and agencies, starting with their data needs and a clear explanation of current capabilities.
- Booking meetings for the Account Executives, with the notes they need before the call.
- Keeping the records clean: who you spoke to, what they said, and what happens next.
- What you learn about objections and timing, shared with the team every week.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
- You can explain dataset coverage and sources, and distinguish available capabilities from planned ones.
- You are working inbound and outbound daily against a target we agree with you.
- The Account Executives are taking meetings you booked and telling you what to ask differently.
- Your notes let anyone on the team pick up a conversation without asking you.
Who you are
- Experience in outbound or inbound sales development, ideally selling to brands, agencies or e-commerce teams.
- You write short, clear messages that a busy e-commerce head will read.
- You are curious about how brands sell online and how AI assistants and shopping apps affect that.
- You are honest in qualification: a poor fit is a useful answer.
Location and travel
Gurugram, or remote within India. Mostly desk-based. Occasional travel to a client or partner meeting in India.
You own how Rewalto sells to large consumer brands and their key-account teams. There is no enterprise playbook yet, and you write it: who we sell to, who buys, how a large brand evaluates evidence, and what a first engagement looks like. Once the motion works you hire and lead the team that runs it.
What you will own
- Enterprise and key-account sales to large consumer brands in India, personally at first.
- The enterprise motion: the buying group, the evaluation, security and procurement steps, and the shape of a first engagement.
- Working with the founder and the delivery team so what you sell can be delivered.
- The enterprise pipeline and forecast, and the objections large brands raise.
- Hiring and leading the enterprise sales team once the motion is proven, and not before.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
- You have a written view of the enterprise buyer: who is involved, what they need to see, and what would stop a deal.
- You are in conversation with the first large brands and have opened at least one account conversation properly.
- You have agreed with the team what a first enterprise engagement contains and how it is scoped.
- You have a plan for when and how the team is built, and what has to be true first.
Who you are
- Experience selling to large consumer brands, or into key-account and e-commerce leadership, in India.
- You have built a sales motion from an early stage, not only run an existing one.
- You are comfortable in security, procurement and legal steps with a large buyer.
- You lead by doing the work first and hiring against what you learn.
Location and travel
Gurugram, or remote within India. Expect regular travel to client meetings across Indian cities.
