Why independent matters
We aren’t the retailer and we aren’t you. We save what their app showed a shopper in a named pin code at a named moment, so you can show the page instead of defending a number.
We also label which prices we checked ourselves and which come from earlier price history. Proof that can’t say where it came from isn’t proof in a negotiation.
What it can’t prove
Whose fault the gap was. A saved page shows what the app showed, never why, and a tool that guessed at the cause would hand you an accusation rather than a fact.
