It shows where Rewalto has data, not what is on a shelf today. A pin code on the map is not the same as a pin code Rewalto has read.

What this map is for
A quick-commerce shelf is set store by store, so the first question about any data product is where it looks. This page answers that in one picture. Use it to check that the cities and pin codes your category sells in are on the map before you ask us for a sample.
How to read it
Three symbols, one for each kind of place on the map: dark stores, cities and pin codes. What each one means is below.
- Dark stores: filled bubbles, sized by how many stores the census recorded for that city. A bigger bubble is more stores, never a bigger claim.
- Cities: ink rings at the centroid of the city’s own pin codes in the registry, not a gazetteer point.
- Pin codes: the fine dots underneath. A dot means we know where that pin code is and can look there, not that we have read its shelf.
A city or dark store with no registry pin codes stays off the map rather than getting an invented position. The caption above the filter says when that thins a layer out.

The dark-store layer is drawn from the census, city by city. This is how the stores split across platforms.

A few cities report a store total with no split by platform. They count in the map and in none of these rows, so the rows can add up to less than the whole.

These are the cities of the pin codes we hold readings for. The map shows more places than this list, because the registry and the census reach further than our reading does.
What a pin-code reading looks like
Where we have read a pin code, the console shows it row by row: the app, the city, the pin code, how many readings there are, and the share that found the product in stock.

Questions before you start
Does the map show today's shelf?
No. It shows the record: the stores in the census, the cities in the registry and the pin codes we can locate. A reading of a shelf is a separate thing, with a time on it.
What is the difference between a pin code on the map and a pin code you have read?
A dot means we know where the pin code is and can look there. A pin code we have read is one where we recorded a shelf recently. Ask us for the second number when you want to know if we have data for a place.
Why does a city or store not appear?
If the registry holds no pin codes for a city or dark store, we leave it off the map rather than place it by guess.
How do I find out whether my category is covered in a city?
Send us your products and a pin code. We show what we can already see there and tell you plainly what we cannot.
