What to fix before lunch.
The question every morning isn’t how the category is doing. It’s which few things are broken right now, on which app, in which pin code, and which of them is worth a call.
Your shelf changes faster than you can check it
On a quick-commerce app the shelf is set by the dark store. The same product can be in stock in one pin code, sold out in the next, and priced well below MRP on a second app. On a marketplace, a listing can simply go missing.
Nobody on your team can open every app in every pin code every morning. So the problems usually turn up when a sales number drops or a key account calls, days after the shelf went wrong.
The exception
A product, an app and a pin code. Not an all-market score.
The proof
The page address and the time behind the reading, ready to check.
The next call
Send the row and its source to whoever owns that retailer.
A day in your week
This is how a team that owns the shelf uses the console. You choose the products and the pin codes; Rewalto shows what its readings found there.
- Monday, first hourOpen Digital Shelf. It shows how many listings were found, what share of stock checks found the product out of stock, and how that compares with last week.
- Tuesday, before lunchOpen the pin-code table for the app with a gap. Pick a row flagged as a gap, check its source to confirm it, and send both to whoever owns that app.
- WednesdayLook at which products are priced further below MRP than usual. Check the source, then ask your pricing owner whether the offer was planned.
- ThursdayCheck which of your products are listed on each app you sell on, and note any listing that has gone missing, with the time it was checked.
- FridayExport the week as a CSV or PDF for your Monday review, so the numbers in the room are the ones you can trace to a source.

Sample data for an invented brand, not a live reading.
Three things it finds, with an example of each
Each finding names a place and points to its source. The tables below are invented, to show the shape of what you would see.
A stock gap in one city, not the whole app
An app can look healthy overall while two cities are half empty. The pin-code table shows which cities, and how many readings each figure rests on.
Send the two flagged rows to the account owner with their sources, instead of a screenshot from someone’s phone.
| City | Pin code | Readings | In stock | Flag |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mumbai | 400013 | 11 | 54% | Gap |
| Pune | 411001 | 10 | 60% | Gap |
| Bengaluru | 560001 | 6 | 100% | Fine |

Priced further below MRP than usual
A price that drops on one app but not another is worth a question before it becomes a margin conversation.
The reading shows what the page said, and when. Why it moved is a question for whoever set the offer.
| App | Pin code | Below MRP | Last week | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| App A | 110016 | 46.0% | 46.0% | Source |
| App B | 110016 | 27.5% | 12.0% | Source |

A product that has gone missing from an app
A product that drops off an app you sell on is a row, not a surprise in a sales review.
“Not found” means we did not find a listing. It does not say why, and it can be a matching miss on our side.
| Product | App A | App B | Last week | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Product 1 | Listed | Listed | Listed on both | Source |
| Product 2 | Listed | Not found | Listed on both | Source |

Search position is not in service: it is in build. Price and stock alerts are live, delivered through Watches, which brand plans include, with a weekly report.
Why there’s no health score
A single shelf-health number squeezes out everything that would tell you what to do, and it moves for reasons nobody can explain a week later.
Plans for this team
Growth tracks your own products. Watch reads every live retailer and adds weekly files. The price shown is the published price, and you can buy it here.

Questions before you start
Which apps and pin codes do you read?
Today we read Ajio, Amazon.in, Blinkit, DMart Ready, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, JioMart, Myntra, Nykaa, Purplle, Tata 1mg and Zepto. Coverage grows over time, and the line above shows the current figures. If your city or app is not covered, we say so plainly rather than guess.
Will it tell me when something goes out of stock?
Yes. Price and stock alerts are live, delivered through Watches, which brand plans include, with a weekly report.
How do I know a reading is real?
Every reading keeps the page address, the time it was read and the text the figure came from. If that text no longer matches the number, we do not show the number.
Does it explain why a price changed?
No. A reading shows what the page said. Why it changed is someone else's decision, and no reading can prove it.
Do you show where my product ranks in search?
Not yet. Search position is in build and is not in service. What we store today is the order a listing was read in, not a proven placement for a typed search, so we publish no rank. See the share of search page for what is live.
Do you change anything on the retailer's app?
No. Rewalto only reads. It does not change retailer listings, prices or content.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Send up to 25 products and a pin code and we will show you what we can already see, and tell you plainly what we cannot.
