Rewalto MCP server tools: Monitor

The Monitor group of Rewalto's MCP server has 6 tools as of 8 November 2026, 6:27 pm IST. Each tool below shows what it returns, its credit cost, who can call it and its inputs, read live from Rewalto's public tool list.

Monitor (6 tools)

check_page_monitor

Check a monitored page now. Reads the monitored page now and compares it like a scheduled check (baseline, unchanged, pending, changed or unreadable); a change is alerted only once a second check confirms it. At most 60 an hour per organisation. Free. Needs an API key; answers for the key’s own organisation only.

Who can call it
API key or Sign in with Rewalto, permission tools:run
Inputs
  • id (string, required): The monitor id.
  • idempotencyKey (string, optional): Optional: your own unique key (8 to 128 letters, digits . _ : -). Sending it again returns the same record instead of a second one. One is made when left out.

create_page_monitor

Watch a page for changes. Watches one public page on a schedule (hourly, daily, weekly or monthly, Asia/Kolkata) and alerts when it changes: to the in-app feed by default, or to email, Slack, Telegram or a webhook (notify, destinations from list_notification_destinations). watch: text (the page’s main text, default) or product (only its published product fields: name, price, list price, availability). The first check runs at once and is the baseline; a different reading is confirmed by a second check about 10 minutes later before anything is sent, and a page that cannot be read is never a change. Honours robots.txt; refuses private addresses. At most 50 open monitors per organisation. Free: checks and alerts cost nothing. Needs an API key; answers for the key’s own organisation only.

How the tools charge

Each tool is one call to the Rewalto API, with the same permissions, credit rates and quote and approval steps as the API, the CLI and the dashboard. Calling the tool list is free and needs no key. A tool marked as spending credits charges only for data delivered, at the published rate, and each answer says what it charged. A run that delivers nothing costs nothing. See pricing and credits and receipts.
